Every order is posted with tracking, and there’s no local pickup, so we can always see where a parcel got to. Shipping
Keep it on Frippy
Pay at checkout and post with the label we make, so the tracking and Buyer Cover stay with your order. If someone asks you to pay another way, don’t, and report them.
Report and block
You can report a listing, a profile, a message or a review if something looks wrong, and reports come to our team. You can also block anyone you’d rather not hear from.
If we’ve removed something of yours and you think we got it wrong, email us and ask us to look at it again.
What can’t be sold
Counterfeits, stolen goods and anything illegal to sell in Australia can’t be listed, along with a few other things. The full list is in our Terms of Service.
