Your label is ready
The buyer has already paid for postage, so there’s nothing to weigh or work out. We make the prepaid label. Print it, stick it on, drop it off.
Before your first label, you’ll be asked to verify your identity with Stripe. It’s a short step, and you only do it once. Seller Verification
Pack it well
Most clothes travel well in a soft mailer bag. Shoes, structured bags and coats are better off in a box. Fold the piece neatly and keep it dry.
Use the label we make rather than your own postage, so the tracking stays with the order.
Post it within 5 business days
You have 5 business days to post a sale, and weekends don’t count. If it isn’t posted in time, the order is cancelled and the buyer gets their money back, so post it as soon as you can.
Then you get paid
Once it’s posted, the buyer can follow the parcel. When they confirm it’s arrived, or 72 hours after the carrier marks it delivered, your money is released to your wallet. Here’s how getting paid works.
