Sending an offer
On a listing, choose Make an offer and type your price. The offer screen shows the listed price and the lowest offer you can send, so you know where you stand before you send it.
How long it lasts
The seller has 48 hours to reply. They can accept, decline, or come back with a counter-offer.
A counter-offer lasts 12 hours, and there’s only one per offer, so the back and forth stops there: you accept it or let it go.
Once it’s accepted
An accepted offer isn’t paid for until you check out. You have 24 hours to pay at the agreed price, and after that the offer expires.
If you’re the seller
When an offer comes in, you can accept it, decline it, or send one counter-offer. You can also send a price yourself to someone who’s messaged you about a piece, right from the chat.
Making a good offer
Look at the condition, the brand and what similar pieces are listed for, then offer a number you’d be happy to pay. A friendly message in the chat helps too, since the seller is a person clearing out their own wardrobe.
