Buying

What happens after you pay

The seller posts your order, and you can follow the parcel until it arrives.

The seller posts it

The seller has 5 business days to post your order with a prepaid label. If they don’t post it in time, the order is cancelled and your money comes back to you, postage and Buyer Cover included, without you having to ask.

Follow the parcel

Every order is tracked. Open your order to see where the parcel is.

Check it, then confirm

When it arrives, try it on and check it against the listing. Happy with it? Confirm it in your order. That completes the order and the seller is paid, so only confirm once you’ve checked your piece.

If you don’t confirm, the order completes by itself 72 hours after the carrier marks it delivered.

Something not right?

Start by messaging the seller. If it’s not as described, damaged, or not the piece you ordered, you can open a dispute from your order within 72 hours of the carrier marking it delivered.

The full policy is in Returns and refunds.
